What counts toward my 100 free scans?

Every new account gets 100 free scans. A scan counts only when analysis finishes with possible matches or with "Unable to determine".

These never count

• Retakes when GemID asks for a clearer photo
• Scans that fail on our side
• Viewing past results, your collection or the gem library

After 100 scans you can buy a 50-scan pack (never expires) or subscribe to GemID Plus for up to 100 scans a month. Your collection stays free either way.
